1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, enrolling in a course or training program, booking a facility, registering for any event or program, or making a payment to A+ Computer Training Technology Limited ("A+ Tech", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Client", "the Student", "the Renter", or "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

These Terms apply to all services offered by A+ Tech, including but not limited to:

• ICT courses, training programs, and certification (including CBT/examinations and the Student Learning Portal)
• Facility rental and booking (co-working space, private offices, and conference/meeting rooms)
• Special programs such as the Bridging Gaps Academy (BGA) and Summer Training programs
• Corporate/staff training and feedback programs
• Any other product, service, or event offered on our website or premises

3. Registration and Enrollment

• All information provided during registration/enrollment (name, contact details, etc.) must be accurate and current.
• A place on a course, program, or event is only confirmed once the applicable registration or enrollment fee has been paid in full.
• A+ Tech reserves the right to reschedule, combine, or cancel a class, batch, or program due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond its control, in which case affected clients will be notified and offered an alternative date or refund where applicable.

4. Payments

A+ Tech accepts payment for all services through the following methods:

• Online Payment: Secure online payments via our payment gateway partner (Paystack), which supports debit/credit cards, bank transfer, and USSD.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Payment made directly to A+ Tech's designated corporate bank account.
• Cash or POS Payment: Made in person at our office premises, with an official receipt issued as proof of payment.

By making a payment through any of the above methods, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the funds used are lawfully obtained. All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice for future registrations/bookings; a fee already paid in full will not be affected by a subsequent price change. A+ Tech does not store your card or bank details — these are handled directly and securely by our licensed payment processor.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Course/program registration fees are generally non-refundable once a class or program has commenced.
• Facility booking deposits and cancellation policies are governed by the specific Terms and Conditions for Facility Rental, which form part of these Terms whenever a facility is booked.
• Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
• In the event of a payment made in error or a duplicate transaction, please contact us immediately using the details below.

6. Certificates and Verification

Certificates of completion are issued only after a student/participant has fulfilled the applicable attendance, assessment, and payment requirements of their course or program. Certificate authenticity may be checked using our certificate verification tools. A+ Tech reserves the right to withhold or revoke a certificate where fraud, misrepresentation, or an outstanding payment is discovered.

7. User Conduct

Clients, students, and facility renters are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times, whether on our premises or using our online platforms. A+ Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any service, without refund, in cases of abusive behaviour, fraud, damage to property, or any illegal activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, logos, and resources provided by A+ Tech remain the intellectual property of A+ Computer Training Technology Limited and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

A+ Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including temporary unavailability of our website, payment gateway, or online learning platform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. internet or power outages).

10. Privacy

Personal and payment information collected during registration, enrollment, or booking is used solely to deliver and improve our services and is not sold to third parties. Payment card details are processed exclusively by our licensed payment gateway partner and are never seen or stored by A+ Tech.

11. Changes to These Terms

A+ Tech may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Plateau State shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
